I turned 16, bought my first car and got my driver's license in 1989. Doug and I started dating in 1989. Batman with Michael Keaton came out in 1989. Today, I noticed a sign at the convenience store that said you had to be born in or before 1989 to buy cigarettes. That means kids whose diapers I changed are buying cigarettes now. Life is very short.

What makes me feel old is that kids I baby-sat for are having their own babies....and they aren't teen pregnancies!
