I'm almost as bad as one KP (October 17), but not quite. It has been just under a month since my last blog. At least once a week I say to myself that I will blog and read other people's blogs, but time flies during the holidays and many things occupy my time and energy. My time and energy has been filled with: a day long trip to pick out the perfect Christmas tree for our "fun old fashioned family Christmas"; a one day trip to Disneyland (the girls main and most expensive gift); Kindergarten- 2 and a half hours a day is a small price to pay for the monetary rewards it is providing for our family, but it is still less time to clean and spend with my family; Christmas projects- only 4 days to Christmas and I have AT LEAST three home made gifts I want to finish, but probably won't; the Apex Kids' Christmas play was a hit, the kids worked hard and it was relaxed and fun; Christmas of Convenience took much of Doug's time and a few weekend hours of mine, it was great and Doug really enjoyed it; now we have family in town that we are looking forward to visiting with and we will be very busy from now until Christmas. I hope we all can remember to take the time to remember our blessings, pray for others and focus on the purpose of the season.
